Telvista has a network of contact centers strategically located throughout the United States and Mexico. These engagement centers provide our customers with reliable, high-quality bilingual call services.
In the US, the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex offers the accessibility of a highly technical, educated, and abundant workforce, and the flexibility to accommodate large growth in our clients’ programs. Dallas also offers a lower cost structure than other major U.S. markets, which cuts labor and other costs associated with the contact center.
In Mexico, we have 2 sites in Tijuana which features one of the highest literacy rates in the country. With numerous universities and technical schools, Tijuana and the Baja California region provide a high percentage of highly educated bicultural and bilingual personnel. Our Tijuana team’s proximity to the U.S. border provides our agents with critical knowledge, including an understanding of U.S. geography and culture. Similarly, Mexicali a border city located near California, offers several regional universities, which provide access to a well-educated labor pool familiar with U.S. culture and lifestyle.
