Post-call Survey
Step 1: Please click
here and enter your telephone number in the space provided to sample the outbound capability of the Telvista Automated Agent or call 1-800-211-2835.
Step 2: Participate in the post-call survey by responding "yes" or "no" to four hypothetical questions for an imaginary company – Imagine, Inc. **Be sure to stay on the line at the end of the survey for important steps on how to view an online report based on your responses.**
Step 3: Follow the instructions at the end of the post-call survey to create a Session ID.
Step 4: Click on view reports to see your call details. You will be asked to enter your Session ID.
