Higinio Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer and President
Higinio Sanchez oversees Telvista’s continued economic growth throughout Mexico and the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including eight years with the Local Exchange Carrier in Baja, California, Mexico, where he worked to implement telemarketing strategies. He fully understands both the business and technical aspects of the contact center industry and assembled Telvista’s leadership team of contact center professionals.
Higinio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration in Telecommunications Administration. A native of Tijuana, Mexico, he is a published author and certified trainer from the Dale Carnegie Institute.

David Allen, Chief Operating Officer
As COO for Telvista, David Allen coordinates and oversees all operational and financial strategies for the company. He also serves as liaison for Telvista’s broad range of ongoing relationships with clients, business partners, financial institutions, and vendors. His extensive experience in operational and financial management, as well as strategy development and execution, makes him well suited to serve as a key leader in delivering quality service to clients and executing the company’s growth strategies.
David is a senior executive with over 20 years of executive management experience, including oversight for operations and finance, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate strategy experience, primarily in the technology and telecommunications sectors
David began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held increasing levels of management responsibility in the areas of investment banking and business assurance, ultimately serving in a senior management capacity within the firm’s corporate leadership. David worked with the Dallas, Houston, New York, and London offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years.
Following his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, David held an executive leadership position at a telecommunications software development outsourcer, managing offshore operations. He also served as Vice President – Corporate Strategy and Development for a facilities-based broadband and business services provider, which operated a large, in-house contact center. In this role David also coordinated operational strategies for several products and lines of business, including contact center support.
David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Alvaro Holguin, Chief Information Officer
Alvaro Holguin directs the creation and implementation of best technology and information practices throughout the company. Prior to joining Telvista Alvaro worked for, and owned, a series of software development and technical support firms. In this capacity, he provided comprehensive computer software development, networking, cabling, web page and training support to a wide range of private businesses and government organizations throughout Southern California and the province of Baja, California, Mexico. Alvaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from CETYS University.

Hector Gonzalez, Director of Marketing and PR
Hector Gonzalez is responsible for acquiring international market intelligence that supports the strategic development of new products and services. Hector also is directly involved in expanding communication channels internal and external to Telvista, to support effective client operations. Hector has extensive knowledge of business and marketing in Mexico and United States, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Iberoamericana University.
